Refund policy

At INDLU Gifts, we strive for your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. You will need your original receipt or other proof of purchase. 

The items returned must be unused, and in their original packaging. You are able to return it for a refund less the shipping cost.  

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@indlugifts.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. 

If the products you purchased from us were faulty, torn or damaged at the time of receipt; then we will refund you or provide you with a replacement product provided that the items are returned within 7 days of delivery, with proof of purchase. 

Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund and that INDLU gift products purchased from supplier stores (not our own stores) cannot be returned or exchanged with us.
